Information we collect
We may collect your name or nickname, email address, date of birth, gender selection, order details, one personal question, coffee cup photographs, appointment information, and messages you choose to share. Payment details are handled by PayPal and are not stored by Kokoloji.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm age eligibility, personalize and deliver your reading, arrange sessions, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Photos and retention
Cup photos and messages are available only to those delivering or supporting your reading. Our intended practice is to delete cup photographs and reading materials within 30 days after delivery unless needed for a dispute or legal obligation.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your order by contacting us.
