These terms keep the scope, timing, and expectations of every Kokoloji reading clear.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in a reading. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are purchasing for lawful personal use.
Nature of the service
Kokoloji provides personalized Turkish coffee readings for entertainment and personal reflection. Readings are subjective interpretations and do not guarantee any outcome or future event.
Orders and delivery
The service description shown at checkout forms part of your order. Delivered readings are normally completed within the stated delivery window after we receive usable photographs and the required question. Live appointments are shown in your local time zone where supported.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to request medical, legal, financial, crisis, gambling, criminal, or harmful guidance. You may not harass the reader, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, or reproduce a reading commercially without permission.
Appointments
Live sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Arriving late does not extend the session. One reschedule may be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Abusive or unsafe conduct may end a session without further service.
Intellectual property
Your delivered reading is licensed to you for personal use. Kokoloji retains ownership of its site, branding, service descriptions, and original materials. Testimonials or customer materials are used publicly only with permission.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Kokoloji is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on a reading or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
