Refund & Delivery Policy
You should know what happens if plans change, photos cannot be read, or a service is not delivered.

Delivered readings
A full refund may be requested before work begins. Once a personalized reading is in progress or delivered, it is normally non-refundable. If photos cannot be used, we will request replacements or offer cancellation before work begins.
Late or failed delivery
If we cannot deliver within the promised window, we will offer a revised time. If it is unacceptable, you may request a full refund.
Reading outcomes
A reading is not refundable because the interpretation differs from what you hoped to hear. No specific outcome is promised.
Requesting help
Email hello@kokoloji.com with your order email and reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
